Blood test result and palpitations

I posted my last blood test recently, since ferritin was low, been taking iron, vitron c which gives me bad constipation and hard stools.

The Dr thinks the ferritin blood test result is ok. Dr has not reviewed my thyroid labs yet.

I had a thyroid labs done on January 13,22

TSH- 0.247 ( 0.45-4.50) range in brackets

T4 free 1.16 ( 0.82-1.77)

T3 total 116 ( 71-180)

D3 45 (30-100)

Trying find out the cause of palpitations and Alopecia Aretera hair loss.

I'm sorry say that Alopecia Areata is another autoimmune condition and I have that too. Initially my hair fell out then grew back over several months for a number of years and I used to get first hair cut of the year in March.

This year March has come and gone and my hair, this time, has gone also and not returned.

The very first time it happened I saw an expert who injected some product into scalp.My husband was also with me but it was too much for him to watch.

Hair did gradually begin to grew again but husband said if it happened again - no injections. Watching is not pleasant at all.

I have bought a couple of nice wigs - not quite the same as our own hair but we feel better.

I had palpitations with levo - so much so that the cardiologist was contemplating putting an implant in heart 'to see what was going on.

Fortunately I was prescribed T3 to T4 and palps stopped and eventually I went onto T3 alone, I have now been diagnosed with:-

Polyglandular Autoimmune Disease Type 3. as I have:-

Hypothyroidism - Pernicious Anaemia and Alopecia.
