Got my test they read thyroxine 16`5pm al /1 thyroid stimulating hormone 19`20

As was stated in your last post, we need the range for the T4 to be able to interpret it. But, you TSH is much, much too high for someone on thyroid hormone replacement (levothyroxine). 50 mcg is just a starter dose. You need an increase of 25 mcg.

What time was test done

As per previous post

Just testing TSH and Ft4 is completely inadequate

You need TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 plus thyroid antibodies

TPO and TG antibodies

Essential to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Always test as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
