How long to wait to take other medications after taking levothyroxine??

Good morning. Does anybody know how long I should wait to take some ibuprofen and decongestion tablets after having my morning levo? Only answer I can find online says 4 hours from a US site and I've the worst headache cold 🤕

Always advised here is to take Levo on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, and at least 2 hours from most other medication and supplements although some do need 4 hours. I haven't seen anything that says to take ibuprofen 4 hours away so if it was me I'd be happy with the 2 hours. As for the decongestant tablets, I think that would depend on the ingredients. I don’t believe there is any interaction with levo and ibuprofen…I have taken stuff like that before and it never interfered at all.

The 2 hours time gap between Levo and other medication and supplements is so that nothing affects absorption of Levo.

Some ppl are different I though have not had issues with absorbing levo. I have taken vitamin d with my levo and no problems but like I was saying everybody is different in the way bodies respond ☺️

Same as others have written, I haven’t had a problem taking it within two hours of levothyroxine before and wasn’t aware of any interaction with these two drugs
