Afternoon T3 dose - how long to wait after lunch?

Hi all!

I’m on T3 only, currently taking 10mcg in the morning and I’m going to be adding 5mcg in the afternoon. How long do I need to wait to take it after eating lunch?

Greygoose, I believe that T3 is ok to take with food. I’m in a T3 only group and that’s the advice on there.

Really? So they don’t advise to leave food/drink at all either side of taking T3?

Absolutely true. I can take my T3 with food and it works perfectly.

But Cazzaleo's dosage is so small that I doubt it makes any difference.
