I don’t think you can get better support than from the members on this forum who have a variety of ‘thyroid stories’ to tell and are happy to help.

Other sites tend to be guided by their own experiences and are sometimes closed minded

This is a great site! I started reading STTM (stop the thyroid madness) years ago though… I do trust them as well.

Everyone has their own preferred sites. That is not one of mine.

Paul is an absolute defender of t3 only and his siscardian method. He is not really advice the use of ndt. But of course there are some infos in the book.
