Doseing thyroid medication

Could someone help me dose daily the thyroid medication below

I take

100 mg thyroxine.. ……… 8 am

2 thyroid S …………………..8 am

20 mg T 3 ……………………12 pm

1 thyroid S …………………5 pm

Hi, for me you take a high dose of hormones, how your analysis looks like. I also take a small dose of levo with ndt but I think you have too much t3 in the mix. How do you feel, don't feel anxious?

Not sure what you're asking here. You already have your doses, you've listed them.

Do you take your T3 and NDT well away from food and other supplements/medication, just like you do levo?

Everyone is different. You have to experiment and find what suits you best.

How do you find your current regime? Does it suit you or not?

I take Levo plus T3. I take my Levo plus 2/3rds of my dose of T3 around 5am and I take the last 1/3rd of my dose of T3 at 5pm.

Some people take Levo plus 1/3rd of dose of T3 first thing then another 1/3rd of T3 8 hours later then the last 1/3rd another 8 hours later.

Some people take Levo in the morning and T3 at bedtime.

Some people take everything in one dose in the morning or bedtime.

You originally asked how to time your doses for a thyroid test which I explained to you in your other post. That timing is a one-off for the test only to get the most accurate results of your normal circulating hormone. How you split your dose normally is up to you.
