Wonder if anyone can help with these

Ferritin. 64. Range. 144-156

Redblood. 3,38. 3.80-5.30

Haemoglobin 109. 120-150

Haematocrit 0.32. 0.37-0.45

MCH. 32.2. 27.0-32.0

These are marked abnormal. Just wondered what I can do to help. I get so achy and tired with any activity.

Any help would be welcome

You need to discuss them with your doctor, particulary this one:

Haemoglobin 109. 120-150

as that level of haemoglobin suggests anaemia, in fact I think they all may suggest anaemia.

Did you have an iron panel or just ferritin (range for ferritin is wrong, I can't work out what it is supposed to be). An iron panel would tell you if it's iron deficiency anaemia (serum iron would be low, TIBC/Transferrin would be high).

Thank you for reply. Yes, I copied range wrong !It is 30-420

It wasn’t an iron panel. Just the ferritin . Now suggested

another blood test in 2 weeks apparently.

So I guess I will wait until then .

Rather hope it is the answer to tiredness snd breathless when doing anything.

Maybe they will do an iron panel next ?

Is that more telling?

I expect the tests are being repeated to make sure it's not a transient thing.

An iron panel will tell if you have iron deficiency.
