You need to discuss them with your doctor, particulary this one:
Haemoglobin 109. 120-150
as that level of haemoglobin suggests anaemia, in fact I think they all may suggest anaemia.
Did you have an iron panel or just ferritin (range for ferritin is wrong, I can't work out what it is supposed to be). An iron panel would tell you if it's iron deficiency anaemia (serum iron would be low, TIBC/Transferrin would be high).
