Hi my latest results posted below. They look good but I’m not feeling great. On and off for the past few weeks I’ve been feeling very cold at times and extremely tired but then it passes, usually after I eat. I did the test for thyroid as per guidelines. I had my eltroxin 100 24 hrs beforehand and my thybon 5 split in 2 doses. One half in the morning and the other half about 9.30pm. The test was done between 8.30 -9am.
I’m supplementing with VitD 2000 Methylfolguard 400 of each in drops.
FreeT4 18.2 (12-24)
FreeT3. 4.3. (3.1-6.8)
Tsh 0.8. ( 2.7-4.2 )
Vit D 84. ( 50-200)
I did a holotranscobalamin test
114pmol Over 50 is good.
My regular vit b12 and folate were
B12 608 (197-771)
Folate 11.7 (3.9-26.8 ) after supplementing for 6 weeks.
Many thanks for any help

If those were my results I'd need the FT3 higher in range so it may be worth considering an increase in your T3 - an extra 5mcg and see how that goes.
I'd also continue with the Methylfolguard and get folate well over half way through range, I'd probably aim for 20ish and it wont hurt if it increases your B12 more.
Vit D hasn't yet reached the level recommended by the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health - 100-150nmolo/L - with a recent blog post on Grassroots Health recommending a minimum of 125nmol/L.
As you are taking D3, are you also taking it's important cofactors - magnesium and Vit K2-MK7? Magnesium helps the body convert D3 into it's usable form, and because D3 aids absorption of calcium from food the Vit K2-MK7 directs calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems.
Thanks SeasideSusie for your prompt reply. I think I don’t consistently take the vitamins so that may be part of it as they are below optimum from your reply. At the moment I’m taking just Vit D but on and off I take it with K2, and I don’t take magnesium, I’ll have to make more effort. If I increase t3 should I leave the levo at 100?
We can't change both at once, the reason being that we have to know what each change achieves. So if those were my results the first step would be to increase T3 and see what difference that makes to how you feel and your results, then decide what the next step is going to be.
When taking Levo plus T3 it can take a long time and lots of fine tuning to find the exact doses of each hormone that are best for us. Also, I find that even when I retest at 8 weeks, I can still notice a difference at 10 weeks, so it really can't be rushed or we're in danger of missing our sweet spot.
