B12 & indigestion

This is happening too often to be a coincidence.I have a condition called Roemheld Syndrome.I can get tachycardia episodes lasting from an hour to 14 hours.My B12 is in the methyl form.Can anyone recommend a spray I could use instead.My tachycardia is triggered by indigestion & the proximity of the heart to the vagus nerve.

I have B12 injections as I have pernicious anaemia, in between those I use a sublingual spray made by Better You. It's a pleasant tasting spray, 4 sprays to a dose and you spray it inside your mouth or under your tongue. I get it from Amazon.
