Getting vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at good levels is very important

Retest thyroid levels

Always test thyroid as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

What were your most recent thyroid results and ranges?

Were tests done early morning?

Have you had coeliac blood test?

Many Hashimoto’s patients find strictly gluten free diet helps or is essential….but test for coeliac disease BEFORE trialing strictly gluten free

Thank you for reply Im getting vitamin D and Ferro plus C and b12

My ferritin is 27 at the moment so my GP told me to get two pills per day.

Anti Thyroid Peroxidase is 1300

Free T4 is 14.1

TSH 3.12

I asked him to do the T3 but he said because my t4 and tsh is in the range so they don’t need to do that

So at the moment they don’t give me any medicine and have to wait until my thyroid getting worse .

But I don’t feel good.

Vitamin D is 69

Zinc is 10.9

Should get zinc supplement as well ?

My chloride is a little bit high 112

Is it dangerous ?

He didn’t said anything about it

Also I asked him to the coeliac test he said he did but I checked my blood test there is nothing there about coeliac so I’m gonna asked another gp for it .

My doctor thinks that Im just anxious and depressed ,he gave me some stress pills and sleep pills because I can’t sleep well , they made me feel more sick and I don’t get those pills anymore.

Are you in the U.K.?

What’s the units on the vitamin D result?

Is it 69 nmol or 69ng/ml

Important to test B12 and folate

Low B12 causes pins and needles

Ferritin needs improving to at least 70

Look at increasing iron rich foods in your diet

Retest thyroid in 3 months

ALWAYS test as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water to get highest TSH

I live in Australia, unit of vitamin D in nmolIm vegan so I start to have green smoothie every day, the one that doctor Brook Goldener recommended for auto immune disease

I started to have that one from three weeks ago.

My B12 is good is 1476.It is high because I’ve got my injections exactly before my blood test.

My serum folate is 31.8 nmol

Im gonna retest my thyroid again in 3 months.

Thank you so much for your help 🙏🏻☺️

Vegan diet is missing essential vitamins and very hard to maintain optimal vitamin levels
