I'm beginning to feel half normal again since decrease of thyroxine
Ooooh ouch you were overmedicated before! Looks good now. You dont say what dose you were on to what you are on now & how long you have been on it before testing.
Feel half human now before I had shakes couldn't sleep headaches anxiety through the roof etc.
Suggest you test Thyroid and vitamins again in 6-8 weeks
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

I seriously doubt that dropping just 25 mcg levo would have such a drastic effect. Also, the fact that your FT3 was the same with an FT4 of 32 as it is with an FT4 of 19 is highly suspicious. I would be more inclined to think it was assay interferrence than dose-related. Do you take biotin?
No I take no supplements and was hospitalised as was so ill for 4 months plus
OK, but that doesn't mean it was due to your FT4 level. There could still be a mistake at the lab.
Test i posted above for Oct were done at monitor my health as gps refusing to retest at moment due to shortage
Also being investigated for addisons and cushings and conns syndrome when my gp is able to do
OK, but none of that explains that totally illogical FT4 result. And you should be aware that having reduced your levo on the grounds of that results, you could now be under-medicated.
Results were all deemed normal by monitor my health those test were done last Frid
I'm talking about your FT4 of 32, not your last set of tests. That was far from normal.
Besides, 'normal' only means 'in-range' whereas it's where the result falls within the range that counts. Yours are all in-range, of course, but your FT3 is a little on the low-side. Might be high enough for you, but then again, it might not. Only time will tell.
Oh, and by the way, doctors know very little about blood test results. If they did, they would have immediately retested on seeing that FT4 of 32, before reducing the dose, because it just didn't make any sense.
