I had Thyroid removed 10yrs ago due to having Men2a. I have been on levothyroxine and endocrinologist has now prescribed T3 on a low dose.
I am taking half in the morning and half at night. I am not sure if this is ok as also take HRT tablet and cream in the evening.
I have had Thyroid levels going up and down over the last few years . Gp normally drops dose then increases with blood results but only after I request a test. I often feel tired and get muscle aches and been unable to loose any weight.

I would take it 4 hours away from your HRT. So maybe dose it in the afternoon. If you want to put up blood results and your doses of levo and lio then maybe we could offer suggestions as to how to improve things.
I take 100 levothyroxine and 5 x 2 daily Liothyronine.
Previously my Levothyroxine was 125 and dropped to 100. It was always up and down depending on bloods. Before starting on T3 3 months ago my bloods were
I would be tempted to see if you feel better and if blood results are higher if you take your meds away from the HRT.If after that you are still symptomatic you could test vitamin levels ferritin, folate, B12 and fit D. As a rough guide they need to be over half way through their ranges.
Then you should think about a small increase in levo or lio. You can only do one at a time.
It is recommended not to take Levo close to oestrogen in tablet form. You are fine with gel, patch or spray, but not tablet. So try to find a place to put the T3 4 hours after or before your HRT. If you arrange your T3 so that you take the second dose by 6pm, you can take your HRT at bedtime.
All of the transdermal oestrogen, patch, gel, spray are better for us than tablets anyway now. There is no increased risk of blood clot with them as there is with tablets. I have tried them all. For me I absorb and get on best with Lenzetto spray. But I also liked the Estradot patches, I just didn't absorb them so well.
I wouldn't worry too much about results. The main aim is for us to feel well and symptom-free. If that's your aim concentrate on looking after yourself and that you get - or are able to source - thyroid hormones that suit you.
I take T3 only and I take it, with one glass of water when I awake, and wait an hour before I eat. I have no clinical symptoms and also feel I have normal health once more.
I follow the advice of Dr John Lowe (now deceased) and he was also an expert in T3 as he took it himself daily (in the middle of the night when he awoke). He was able to be a scientist and enabled hypo patients to recover their health. He would never prescribe levothyroxine but he did liothyronine (T3) for those patients who were resistant to levo or NDTs (natural dessicated thyroid hormones) the very original replacements since 1892.
I haven't felt well for a while so levels going up and down and Gp changing meds all the time. I try to be healthy and swim 5 days a week along with walking daily. The main issue was not being able to loose weight.
