Last I heard, HealthUnlocked were advising people not to use their app.
They have not kept it up to date in-line with the actual website. Though if you view reviews in Apple's appstore (sorted by Most Recent), there have been recent reviews.
I used to have it installed on my iPhone but never felt it any better than the website. (And, for admins, there were no facilities so we had to use a web browser anyway for many things.)
If you have Apple products, go to Apple's appstore and search for "healthunlocked".
