Iron blood test

I've ordered a full iron panel test from medichecks, but just wondering presumably I should stop my b vitamin complex a week ahead, but what about my iron supplements? Should I stop these as with any thyroid test?

If testing iron and ferritin levels, yes you should stop iron supplements a week before testing

Avoid an iron rich meal in 24 hours before test

Test fasting early morning
