I am seeking advice regarding the best B12, b complex, folate and vitamin c supplements. I have graves disease and looking to raise these to optimal level. Is there a b complex without biotin ?

Have you had a test showing you are deficient in B12 or folate as you may not need supplements if not.

methylcobalamin is the best form of B12. Folic acid is the synthetic form make sure your supplement contains folate.

B complex are recommended to keep Bs in balance most do contain biotin, including these 2 which are often recommended on the forum. Thorne Research Basic B, (one per day) and Igennus Super B (2 per day).

Vitamin C, I like the effervescent ones. Some find they upset the stomach and prefer Liposomal Vit C. They can be brought as capsule, sachets & absorbable drops too.
