Availability of info leaflets

I was wondering if you have posted anywhere information as to the different types of hypothyroidism that occur- in simple A4 page?

There are people coming to the forum who 1: need to know for themselves and 2: need a simple leaflet type page to give to their GP.

Doctors in training don’t appear to get a lot of endocrine in training now- mainly diabetes. It maybe a way to open a conversation to better treatment.

In many countries in Europe thyroid patients get yearly ultrasounds or CT of their thyroid. This doesn’t appear to happen in uk- I paid privately. Once the endo saw the thyroid disappearing he changed attitude because it was a different diagnosis.

I can see there is masses of info Re blood tests but feel that may be overwhelming for some people who are only beginning on their journey.

Just to note, I'd positively NOT want a CT every year. The radiation dose from a CT tends to be much higher than from a single shot X-ray. And many are already concerned about even modern ultra-low dose dental X-rays.
