I was wondering if you have posted anywhere information as to the different types of hypothyroidism that occur- in simple A4 page?
There are people coming to the forum who 1: need to know for themselves and 2: need a simple leaflet type page to give to their GP.
Doctors in training don’t appear to get a lot of endocrine in training now- mainly diabetes. It maybe a way to open a conversation to better treatment.
In many countries in Europe thyroid patients get yearly ultrasounds or CT of their thyroid. This doesn’t appear to happen in uk- I paid privately. Once the endo saw the thyroid disappearing he changed attitude because it was a different diagnosis.

Just to note, I'd positively NOT want a CT every year. The radiation dose from a CT tends to be much higher than from a single shot X-ray. And many are already concerned about even modern ultra-low dose dental X-rays.
