TSH went from 0.2 to 1.6 in a few weeks… increase T4 or T3?

My doses of T4 to T3 continue to increase. No thyroid due to thyroidectomy in 2019.

Since January of 2021 my TSH has stayed around 0.2-1 on 112 T4 and 112 T4 and 5 T3. 112 T4 is approx 2.1xkg. So already a decent dose of T4.

Never felt much better anyway. But new bloods show the exact same frees with a tsh of 1.6.

This is too high for me and I feel like I’m dying. Which to increase?

Results in history. Only thing that has changed is TSH.

No different than the last report I gave on the above vitamins and minerals

No B12 or folate results at all

Vitamin D should be tested twice year, or sooner, especially as on high dose vitamin D

Ferritin needs testing 3-4 times year if supplementing iron

Is this relevant to tsh spiking?

Yes, on any thyroid replacement hormones we need optimal vitamin levels
