Hi everyone! Haven't done yet cortisol saliva this year. But made others at first.

Are there optimal levels for morning blood cortisol?

My test came back 16,2 mcg/dl with range 4,30-22,40 (8am). And 24-hour urine test 149,4 (58-403).

Other tests of ACTH and aldosterone are still to come.

Your morning result looks fine, and the 24 hour is OK. Question is, how do you feel? Do you feel there's an imbalance adrenal/thyroid? How are your thyroid labs in comparison?
