Overactive metabolism

If you have over medicated of thyroxine for a while and bloods reflect that,can, if you have antibiotics your metabolism affect how you feel when taking antibiotics,since been over medicated when I take antibiotics my whole system feels poisend,never felt like that before on my usual antibiotic.

I can't answer your specific question, and have never noticed my metabolism speeding up, even though I'd say I'm now optimally medicated [so losing weight is at least possible but certainly not easy :( ]

I'd also be cautious: lots of times we're told we're over-medicated if TSH goes under-range, but you are really ONLY over-medicated if free T3 is over-range, and so often (sadly) this isn't even tested. Many people feel "hyper" at this stage - jittery and properly unwell, and it's not a good idea to stay like this. Having a suppressed TSH on the other hand doesn't worry me at all (or many others here) - even after years and years
