I got on with it but I get in with TEVA too. Wish my pharmacy would get it in as I was on it 2yrs. Was this an nhs script at your normal pharmacy ? May ask mine to get it if it was. Xx

This is the brand that many members were sending their UK prescriptions to Germany to dispense (before Brexit) as it was so much cheaper than paying for it in the UK.
Which brand were you on before? You may find there is no difference, Thybon Henning may be even better!
I think it might be important to point out that pharmacies in the UK are expected to supply products with UK licences. (Exceptions are sometimes declared due to shortages or other circumstances.)
It is suspicious and I am wondering if they are supplying Thybon Henning but charging the NHS the standard tariff price for liothyronine?
Thybon Henning can be prescribed if a doctor decides it is necessary but the prescription would have to say that.
They can only supply a non-licensed drug if the licensed one is unavailable. I suspect they didn't try too hard as they stand to pocket some money by charging the NHS standard price.
I went through this pricing difference and apparently its down to adding on “delivery charges”. Due to these extra charges the price does not end up being that much different. Believe me I argued the toss with them over the price and them making money but they say they can justify the extra costs. Frankly it stinks and these people are as bad as the pharmaceutical companies. And don’t get me started on the wholesalers and their part as well.
I take Sanofi ThyBon Henning 20mcg. I’ve used others but for me this feels the best.
Well been on thybon a month and symptoms are worse than before, now to convince Drs to state mercury pharmaHeadaches, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, breathless, insomnia, body aches
I wasn't brill on mercury pharma but managed, now I feel like death
