Why did you stop taking Bititron? Chopping and changing meds and doses so frequently will make you unwell.
If 1 x 20mcg was okay try 1 x 20mcg plus 1 x 10mcg tomorrow. If that's okay build up to the 60mcg you were prescribed. Any time you feel over medicated after increasing dose, skip the next dose and cut back to the dose you were taking prior to increasing.

i didnt do great on it and tweaking the dose was impossible really so decided to go back on T3
was doing ok had a slump a few hours ago when i wrote the post but now i feel awful, i ache and my heart is racing, my breathing is like ive just done a few laps around the block and my arms feel like they have lead weights on them
You were previously under medicated on 40mcg so I think it sensible to increase to 40mcg with a view to increasing to 50mcg. If you feel overmedicated on 40mcg skip a dose and go back to 30mcg for a few days before trying 40mcg again.
