Tiromel

Hello one and all, I have just bought some Tiromel, and I understand from previous posts that it’s not quite as strong as Cynomel(Greek or Mexican).

Please could someone tell me what amount to take if I have been on half a 25mcg tablet, or is it a case of try it and see?

Just take the same amount as normal. See what you think. Some people think Tiromel is the best T3 they've tried, others find it a bit weaker.

I prefer Tiromel but depending on supply sometimes swap to Mexican Cynomel which feels very slightly stronger until the body adjusts.On 12.5mcg I doubt you'll notice much difference, if any.

I've just started on Tiromel, and take it twice per day (50 mcg total). Feeling better, but early days yet. Are you still on it?
