I don't know anything about IVF , but i found a research study the other day. so in case this is relevant to your question......here is the reply i wrote for someone else who asked about IVF and altered TSH/fT4/3 levels ;"My levels were all pretty stable last few years and was only after starting IVF they have changed. ?
The following study seems to say that it is to be expected that Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) may reduce fT4 and increase TSH (and fT3 and Total T4)
Is this COH what you have had done as part of your IVF ?

Bert Scoccia, corresponding author Habibe Demir, Yuna Kang, Michelle A. Fierro, and Nicola J. Winston
"infertility treatment, including controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) and/or IVF. The impact of ovarian stimulation on thyroid function was first investigated by Muller and co-workers (15), who found decreased fT4 levels in women undergoing COH, whereas estradiol (E2), TSH, thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG), total triiodotyronine (T3), and total T4 levels increased. Similar effects of COH on thyroid function in IVF have been documented in women without thyroid disease (16,17) "
