Low TSH and positive ovarian antibodies

I have just received the news via letter that I have low TSH, have tested positive for ovarian antibodies and am awaiting the results of my adrenal antibody test.

I have a follow up appointment in 10 days but I’m wondering whether anyone has had this diagnosis and has any immediate advice as I’m just nervous googling at the moment?!

For background info my current diagnosis are hypothyroidism, angiodema, urticaria, vitiligo and fibromyalgia.
