Hi, I’ve been posting here quite a bit bc ive been severely anxious and suffering from sleep issues and breathing issues. I finally got my lab results:
TSH: 4.07 (.4-4.5) my TSH is usually .4-.6
T3: 2.7 (2.3-4.2)
T4: 1.3 (.8-1.8)
Thyroid peri dose antibodies 143 HIGH (<9)
Would the high antibodies cause anxiety? Please help.

No. Your very low T3 will be causing your anxiety, it is only 23% through the range.
You need an immediate dose increase. Your TSH should be around 1 and your t4 is only 50% through the range. The general rule of thumb is your frees should be about 75% through the range to feel well.
My anxiety was awful; in fact, I was close to seeking help for OCD. Once my T3 raised to a reasonable level it has all but disappeared.
You definitely need a dose increase Fmljkl. My anxiety is always worse if under (or over) medicated. Have you had key vitamins tested (folate, ferritin, B12, Vit D)? Are you supplementing any vitamins?I felt much better when these key vitamins were optimal. I also supplement with magnesium, as I find this helps me relax, eases tension & helps me sleep.
If your TSH is usually 0.4-0.6 and has gone up to 4.07, has your doc looked at possible reasons why? You don’t take Accord100mcg do you? I do, my levels dropped a couple of months ago.
If yes, does anyone know if there’s been an issue with a batch?
