I have Hashimoto's so have low stomach acid.I also have erosive Gastritis. I did start to do the Gastritis diet,but does this lower my stomach acid even more?So I'm confused,how do I heal my Gastritis ,I am supposed to be raising my stomach acid.I cant take digestive enzymes with pepsin as advised ,or ACV.Please help.Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm so sorry you haven't had any replies, as I would have bee very interested in the answers. I also have recurrent gastritis and my doctor is adamant that I have low stomach acid, but I don't think I have. I hope someone comes along soon with some information that can help us both!
