I just wanted to know when you are getting your TSH rechecked after 4 weeks of being on levothroxine. Do you have to get just the Blood test for TSH only or should you also get FT4 and FT3 rechecked again as well.?
I would be grateful if someone could shed some light on this please. Thank you.

Ideally, they would all be checked. But, most doctors only test TSH, because they erroneously believe that the TSH tells them all they need to know. Unfortunately, but that's the way it is.
4 weeks is too soon really .. 6 weeks is the usual time to recheck. TSH may not have had time to get to whatever level it's going to end up at after just 4 weeks.
