I've always gotten a series of nose bleeds after an increase in my NDT.
I've brought this up with my dr. who says it has nothing to do with my thyroid medicine. However, I never get nosebleeds except for the period approximately 1-3 weeks after an increase in my thyroid meds. I then get several per day and then they stop. This has happened with every dosage increase (probably 5-6x).
Does this happen to anyone else? Does it signify anything? Thanks!

Doesn't happen to me. But, it could be due to the extra hormone raising your blood pressure. Did you have low blood pressure before treatment? Do you check your BP often?
I get nose bleeds often after a rise in dose or if my levels are too high for me. Just on of those things! Think it is a very individual thing so docs will not connect it with thyroid.
