Finally back up to 100mg levothyroxine. After a routine blood test, my GP reduced it to 75mg, with out consulting meðŸ˜
I became symptomatic with painful hands, wrists and sometimes pain up forearm, struggling to do everyday chores, not looking forward to things I usually enjoy, noticeable weightgain and brain fog made a comeback.
Despite my GP stating according to my recent bloods result, 75mg levo will be sufficient. I explained my symptoms and requested to return to my previous dose.
I start my 100mg dose tomorrow and I have emailed a private doctor, hopefully things will improve.
Its very disappointing to think we are being shafted by unknowing GPS.

That hand/ wrist /lower arm thing is one of my 'tells' for being underdosed too.Glad you're getting back on track .
Last time GP gave me an unsolicited ticket to this little adventure it did take a few months to get right again , but most of the problems were a heck of a lot better within about 3 weeks.
Without even consulting you ? .. disrespectful so and so .. maybe he wasn't really there at all .. maybe the computer really does Say 'no' nowadays
At least i got a Text politely asking me to mess my life up for a few months so the numbers looked pretty.
