Thorne Basic B is 1 x capsule which gives 400mcg methylfolate and 400mcg methylcobalamin.
Igennus x 2 tablets is 400mcg methylfolate and 900mcg methylcobalamin.
If 400mcg methylcobalamin is enough, then Thorne Basic B should be fine if you don't have problems swallowing capsules.

Hi SeasideSusie I dont think that would matter as I have injections b12 PA.. so one tablet gives me the same vits as 2 tablets of Ingennes
And I very much doubt the tea has any effect on absorption, especially as you’re drinking it away from when you take your supplements.
