Strange ear noises

I have tinnitus in both ears a high pitch whistling noise. Recently I have what I can only describe as a low engine revving noise and vibration from I’d suppose a mustang or something with a deep engine. Concerned any ideas ???

Just read a response on Quora from ENT guy who says tinnitus can be cured with techniques such as TRT. Any experience of such therapies?
