The company, RLC, appear not to have released any further information in the recent past.
I suspect that some things that might have been said/written/posted are guesses and speculation rather than based on fact.
I certainly have no idea what is happening.
Tried to find out more - and came up with a legal case by McKesson against RLC. McKesson UK own Lloyds, AAH, Northstar.
McKesson, a Texas-based distributor of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, sued drugmaker RLC Labs Thursday in Arizona District Court for alleged breach of contract. The court case, brought by Buchalter, pertains to the recall of two RLC thyroid drugs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00465, McKesson Corporation v. RLC Labs Incorporated.
