Hypothyroid symptoms?

I’ve been feeling really rough since Friday, can’t eat, constant diaorhea, fatigue, almost flu like. I am having awful heart palpitations mainly in the early hours which settle by about 10am. No fever or vomiting or rash.

I currently take 2x 60mg doses of Armour and have done for a few years. I had my bloods done yesterday and the results were:

T3 - 4.6 (3.1-6.8)

T4 - 10.8 (11-22)

TSH - 0.03 (0.5 -5.0)

These were fasting bloods before and meds and eating. To me they look a little on the low side? Is there anyway these symptoms could be thyroid related? To me I feel the symptoms are more hyper than hypo? 🤔😩

So sorry you haven’t had any replies.

I don’t think your symptoms are likely to be Armour related - the not eating and constant diarrhoea wouldn’t be symptoms of being slightly undermedicated (which it looks like you are—your FT3 could do with being higher in range).

So it’s much more likely you’ve picked up a virus or other infection. I think if you’re no better soon that a call to your doctor would be in order.

Really hope you get well soon x
