Latest blood results - can someone confirm I'm thinking on the right lines?

These are my latest results from Medichecks. My Free T3 is just under halfway through the range. My T4 is in the upper part of the range. I'm thinking there is scope to suggest an increase from 125mcg to 150mcg? I think the guidelines suggest a dose of 1.6 mcg per kilogram of body weight (right?) which in my case would equate to a dose of about 136 mcg per day. I guess if I ask for 150 mcg he might agree to alternating doses of 150 mcg one day and 125 mcg the next? While I feel better than I did say a year ago, I am still feeling a bit on the sluggish side and have got cold hands and feet all of the time. I'm struggling to lose the weight that I have put on since being diagnosed 4 years ago.

Here are my results for iron and vitamins too. I've been taking iron ferrograd tablets and my ferritin is slowly but surely increasing. I'm also supplementing with Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, Magnesium, Vitamin C and a B-Complex supplement. Do these all seem good? I think I want my ferritin to be closer to 100 and my Vitamin D to be about 125-150?

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Did you stop vitamin B complex a week before test

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

There’s not much room for dose increase

3 x 150mcg per week would be plenty and 4 x 125mcg

Perhaps try 2 x 150per week initially

Last levothyroxine was more than 24 hours before the test. I did the test about 9.45am but I had had a small amount of breakfast as I like to eat first thing usually. I stopped all my vitamins for at least 5 days before the test - I know 7 days is best for biotin but I'm impatient and wanted to do the test as soon as I got it in the post! 🙈 I think my tablets are usually Mercury.

Make sure you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Ask for trial increase in levothyroxine of 150mcg 3 times week and 125mcg 4 days week

But initially try just twice week

Thanks. I'll suggest alternate doses and see what he says. He's usually open to considering my suggestions. Do you think everything else looks ok in terms of vitamin levels and where I'm aiming to get with them? I'm determined that this is going to be the year that I get on top of things once and for all!

Yes

Personally I take separate folate and separate B12 in the week before blood test. That way folate result doesn’t drop
