I had problems with mine and pointed out that under GDPR they are required to provide them so really it would be easier if we didn’t dance around every time I made a request and they simply provided when I asked. It worked. Now they finally have online access for patients it’s so much easier.Has she checked if online access is in use?
Can she register for online access to her medical records
UK GP practices are supposed to offer everyone online access for blood test results. Ring and ask if this is available and apply to do so if possible, if it is she may need "enhanced access" to see blood results.
I love Miffie's suggestion but if it doesn't work you could do what I did after being led on a merry dance, I wrote a letter spelling out the nonsense we'd been through and their legal obligation to provide the information (via systmonline.tpp-uk-com) within a number of days (think 14) of my request and it was then set up. It's a great system and now I use it a lot.
