Help choosing thyroid meds

I'm quickly running out of my Thyroid S. I've taken it for 15 years and it has worked well. My order from July is probably not going to get here any time soon. I will have to go to the doctor soon to try to get something but not sure what to ask for. My thyroid was removed 25 years ago due to constant swelling and going down. They gave me synthetic meds. I got fat, couldn't think, my hair fell out on the right side of my head, eyebrows fell out, etc. Any thoughts on what I should do or try would be so appreciated!

I am in the US. I did send a message a couple months ago and didn't get a reply. I do check the site for updates but haven't seen anything new.

If you're in the US and trying to get something to hold you over, perhaps like natural desiccated I might recommend NP thyroid as it was effective but I'd see a functional medicine clinic or functional nurse practitioner to get it. They can also prescribe T3. I had no issues getting either from those types of providers.

When I lived in the US I was taking Armour Thyroid and had fabulous results.

I may have to try that. I truly hate the thought of going downhill after I had such an uphill battle for so long. Thanks for replying!
