Just double checking, am I ok to take BetterYou B12 up to thyroid blood test? Just not B vits?

Hi jamjar.

I made the following notes from what seasidesusie told me.

Stop biotin 5-7 days before (or any complex or multivitamins containing biotin)

Take D , B12 and folate up to the day before

Baseline b12 requires 4-5 months

Stop iron 7 days before

A B12 supplement is just B12 unless the ingredients list any other vitamin. It's B Complex that contains all the B vitamins including Biotin (B7).
