low ferritin and chelators eg turmeric

i have low ferritin, i posted before, and was helpfully advised this could be central hypothyroidism healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

I notice Isabella Wentz and many extol benefits of turmeric, but can it also leech iron? eg hemochromatosishelp.com/tur...

Any advice about what else to do to get ferritin up? either to take (I already eat organs etc), and what to stop taking, and other tests (as advised i am getting adrenals and testosterone probably_

If you like Isabella Wentz you should Search what she hast to say about Betaine HCl digestive enzymes. Since taking those with every meal and iron with vitamin C every day my ferritin has slowly increased from 7 to 22. There are other good posts about ferritin in here too.
