I take it. It's certainly good for inflammation, but I don't know about the other things.

Try it and see ! Make sure it is organic as there is some dodgy stuff around from China :-( I took a teaspoon daily in water and drank it down - as prescribed by the Doc I went to see in India when I was poorly and undiagnosed with Hashimotos. Back in 2000. So much going on that time so I am not sure if it worked ! Just finished a course of capsules too - so yes I do think it has a positive effect - on thinking about it timing wise !

Marz, can I ask do you think turmeric powder from my herbarium would be as effective. My aunt sprinkles quite a bit on her cereal and I've thinking about trying it myself.

Great, thanks Marz. The herbarium is a shop in my local town where I buy some of my supplements. Will give the turmeric a go 😊

i think it works better with Black Pepper - so look out for one that contains that too ! Make sure it is as pure as possible. I know here in Greece we often see labels that say - Made in the EU - when in fact items have come from China and been packaged in the EU ! Nothing is what it seems !

I started taking it and feel less ‘puffy’ and certainly feel it’s working on inflammation. I gave up gluten at same time so can’t say for sure but I would say try it and see ( if you are healthy and it’s approved by GP)
