Changed from 2g Naturethroid due to recall to 2g Erfa which has slightly less T3.

Been having symptoms creeping back so had a medicheck screen done however all my levels have increased since last blood tests .

Your folate and Vit D were both on the low side 6 months ago. Have you done any supplementing since? Low folate would give you similar symptoms to hypothyroidism, as would low Vit D (but I’ve just been reading about your choking sensation issues).

How much of a gap did you leave between taking your Erfa and doing the blood test? We generally recommend about 8-12 hours for FT3 (24hrs is too long).

Hi I have been supplementing with ingenus bcomplex since then and vitd+k2. It was 24hr gap so how does that affect T3 result ?

Spoke to my gp about choking attack and has referred me for a scan to check goitre.
