Could this be a hashi flare?

Hi I have an underactive thyroid and been on 52.5 mcg of t3 for several years. My bp has always been low 105/65 - 115/75 for all of this time. I take my bp most mornings to keep an eye on things. In the last few weeks i have noticed a big change in my bp. it has been as high as 150/80 but usually settles at about 135/75. Nothing else in my life has changed. My pulse has dropped to low 70's which is low for me as it is generally in the 80's even though i do a far bit of exercise. I have got myself in a bit of a panic trying to work out what is going on. I have read about hashis flare and wonder if this is what is happening, I seem to have loads of energy, in fact slightly wired if anything .I have hashis as i have elevated Thyroglobulin levels.I dropped my dose to 40mcg and nothing changed. I then put it back up to 45 and the bp readings are the same. My body temp is hitting 37 degrees even at the reduced 40 mcg dose. I dont have a clue what is going on. If it is a flare how long do they last?

I stupidly wondered if i should come off all meds to see what happened but this worried me.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
