Can I take vitamins and iron?

Levo needs to be taken on it's own, on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with a glass of water only for one hour each side, so that absorption isn't affected.
Many medications and supplements are fine to take 2 hours away from Levo, but some need 4 hours - magnesium, calcium, Vit D, iron.
Before taking any supplements you should test to see if you need them and at what dose. With fat soluble vitamins any excess gets stored and can lead to toxicity, eg Vit D, excess calcium can build up and get deposited and cause kidney stones, hardening of arteries etc, excess iron also leads to problems. So you should test Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin before buying any supplements. Put the results with reference ranges, plus units of measurement for Vit D and B12, on the forum for guidance.
