As you know I don't do well on thyroxine, the highest dose I could take was 75-100.

I was referred to endo, she tested for cushings as have a few symptoms but came back negative with a dex test and results if 24 hour urine 5 years ago

She says I may have PCOS

Back to thyroid this is what she called an in depth test, she tested because I'm so unwell on thyroxine and TSH always high because I feel so I'll

Called up about 8 weeks ago while on a lower dose because I felt week and everything hurt, she demanded I increase to 200mcg because TSH was 21 and said I'd feel better despite me telling her how unwell I get and to look at my records, she wouldn't listen so I increased to 150, these bloods were taken September 1st

I don't feel better, headaches, still short of breath, fatigue, not sleeping, water retention, heart rate up and down

Yesterday was taken off benefits because of weakness and nausea and to gave bloods done next week

I will request st least b12 and ferritin to be tested too but not holding out much hope

I literally feel like I'm dying

Still waiting for another telemed appointment with endo where I'll be requesting a med change

7 years of he'll I can't go on like this

I didn't quite understand are the tests for Cushing's recent or done 5 years a go? If the 24 hour urine was 5 years a go it might be worth asking them to repeat the 24 hour urine to rule out Cushing's again.

Your GP can order the 24 hour urine cortisol test too.

thats brill i will ask if i ever get to speak to a good dr, my decent dr retired and the new ones are horrible
