Have ordered super complex B supplements with folate, my B12 is very low just waiting to see what my gp suggests, blood test results any day, gp insisted i get blood test repeated even though i emailed him my Medicheck results. Any recommendations for a good quality B12 supplement, is the mouth spray as good as taking a tablet? Photo of my B vitamin i have already ordered recommended on here.

Is GP testing for Pernicious Anaemia before starting any B vitamins

Jarrow B12 sublingual lozenges, just pop under tongue, slowly dissolves.

No gp said his lab wouldnt cover it, he tried another local lab they also wouldnt cover it.

Just waiting for gp's blood test results to see what they suggest about treating my low b12 and folate.

Im eagar to start taking the super complex B vitamins that i purchased but have delayed taking them so the gp gets a clear picture why im so low.

He ordered a full blood count, tsh, t3 and t4, cholesterol. They dont seem to take any notice of private test results.

Do i need to take separate B12 and separate Folate supplements or is there enough of both in super b complex, these are the dosages:

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)900mcgFolate (Quatrfolic, [6S]-5-MTHF, glucosamine salt)400mcgBiotin (as D-biotin; B7)300mcg

Ive been taking Mercury Pharma for 9 days and feel a bit horrible, i stopped taking Accord before that because of awful side affects, my eyes are blurry not as bad as when i took Accord, anxious, mussy head, brain fog, achey joints, fatigue, im going to persevere as i dont want to keep changing brands, will it settle down or should i try another brand i just dont anymore im so exhausted trying to do the right thing.

I was taking Wockehart 12.5mg, splitting a 25mg in half together with 50mg Actavis, out of desparation after not taking Accord i took 2 x 25mg and 12.5mg Wockehart and was ok but i wasnt sure if that combination was ok, the pharmacist once said after trying to palm me off with some other brand that the ingredients were far superior then Wockehart which made me wonder if the ingredients was ok.

You will find over on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum, there is doubt whether B12 can be absorbed in the mouth, at all.
