Hello! I ran out of Thiroyd by Greater Pharma and don't seem to be able to source more. I have seen some posts about Metavive and Adrenavive. Could some kind soul walk me through this, as I have never heard of them before? Are they an alternative treatment to Levo or an additional? Thanking you!

No Thiroyd - is Metavive an option?

Metavive is a thyroid glandular with no declared hormone content. Some members seem to be doing well on it, some aren't.
Adrenavive is an adrenal glandular, the use of which would be suggested if a 24 hour adrenal test has been carried out and levels on the lowish side. If you haven't tested adrenals you wouldn't consider an adrenal supplement.
Have you checked out the website for further information? Easily found with a search engine just search for Metavive or Adrenavive.
Hi Seaside Sue,
Thank you for your reply! Yes, I have checked out the website and I am ready to give Metavive a go, especially as a couple of people have PM'd me to say they're doing well. I've been feeling uneasy being back on Levo since I ran out of Thiroyd, so it's a relief to know I can source a product closer to home rather than relying on my friend in Thailand
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me!
Take care!
Michelle
Hi HighlandMo!
Thank you for replying! I am definitely going to buy some to try! I remember starting on Thiroyd several years ago, and taking that slow too. Fingers crossed Metavive does me good and I can ditch Levo again!
Many thanks,
Michelle
