Advice on blood results

Hi please see blood results for vitamins etc below. My Dr says all are good but advice from anyone here would be appreciated.

Not much in the way of thyroid labs!

Your folate is too low, should be in double figures.

No point in testing magnesium due to the way the body handles magnesium. You're probably deficient, anyway. Most people are.

Your sodium and potassium are a bit low.

And, that's all I can say about that. :)

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Calcium is rather low ....very common if vitamin D is low

(Calcium naturally rises as vitamin D increases)

Obviously no vitamin D tested

Folate looks low

Are you currently taking any vitamin B complex?

No ferritin result

Obviously no thyroid tests

I was advised that folate should ideally be in the top quarter of the range for your b12 to work most effectively. One cannot work without the other. I've had low folate and started to have mental health issues, which completely went away soon after raising folate. Best of luck.
