How do you feel?
Are you on T3 only? If so that explains your FT4 and T4 result.
Your FT3 is 45.95% through range, plenty of wriggle room if you are still symptomatic.
Did you also have vitamins tested?
Hi SS. Yes I am on T3 only. I still have some symptoms like fatigue, really dry skin on feet/ hands and some brain fog. I have not had my vitamins done but its next on my list. When you say wriggle room do you mean a possible increase? Thanks

Yes. Those symptoms you describe are hypo symtoms so there's lots of room to increase your T3, it will be fine to get it up into the top quarter of the range if that is where you feel well. Only increase by 5mcg at a time though (or 6.25mcg depending your tablet dose) then wait a few weeks for levels to settle, retest to see where they are and how you feel.
