Looking for an affordable private doctor who will prescribe Armour Thyroid for longer periods - please PM me!

I'm looking for a private doctor who will do consultations (ideally by phone), and supply Armour Thyroid for at least 3-6 month periods.

As my condition has been very stable over the last 10 years (if I take 3 grains per day), I am also hoping to find a doctor who does not insist on too many regular blood tests/follow up consultations as these are difficult for me to travel to, and very costly.

Having got Armour Thyroid on the NHS until now (my NHS doctors are no longer willing to give it to me), I can barely afford to pay for the medication, now that I am faced with purchasing it myself.

I have just started to look at the prices of private doctors and I am getting very worried.

Any suggestions for private doctors working in the South of England, who are affordable would be very welcome!
