Can you point me to a supplier of T3/Liothyronine please?

Desperately need a supply of Cytomel or Tiromel. My usual place in Thailand shut down. Been trying to pay a place in Bulgaria but the wire transfer won't work. I am very worried as I am running low on my current Cytomel. I cannot function on Levo alone, I will be bed ridden. Help please.

(FYI yes I could get it on prescription from my endo but that was a very low dose & they don't even do that now.)
