Negative Interaction effects of T4 with T3 yet I do need both

I have recently gone off NDT- ERFA because I swear I had a bad batch or something changed in the formula -although the manufacturer in Canada denies both possibilities. So now I am trying to balance new meds- Euthyrox T4and Cytomel T3. My blood test now shows that I have a normal T4- 14 a very low TSH of less than .01 and a low T3 at 1.2. It is clear that my body doesn’t make enough T3 or maybe not at all. This T3 measurement can also be from me stopping ERFA 2 weeks ago with some still in my body. I thought that if I first got used to the T4 and the dosage for a month, I could add the T3. But I am starting to panic because I see my weight going up quickly and feel I need to add T 3 soon or else the weight will really shoot up. However I did a bio-resonance/electro- acupuncture which showed me that both of these pills together gives me a negative interaction affect. It told me that I did need to take both T4 and T3 and that body needs both of them, but now I have to figure out how to do that without getting a bad reaction and interaction effect . I wonder if I need to alternate days of taking T 3 or T4 or that won’t work either because of the Half life’s of both pills still staying in my system. Or alternative months? Or two weeks? I feel like I need to act quickly before my weight goes out of control. Suggestions anyone?

You must take the same dose or doses of t3 every day at around the same times. It cannot be altered the way that t4 can.

Why can it not be altered lala.?

Because of its short half life and potency I presume. Whereas with levo you can take say 100mcg one day and 125 the next day to make an I between dose - you cannot do that with t3. It is how it works.

Also levo is a storage hormone so what you take today is topping up your store waiting till conversion is needed into t3 for direct use.
